When it comes to your health, you are many pieces of a puzzle. Believe it or not, your diet is just one piece to take a bite out of. There are several factors that are just as important and will affect your energy, hormones, mood, and the overall way that your body functions.

When we work on improving your health, we tackle hydration, sleep, stress, movement, and so many other super significant parts of your life that will in turn, play into your eating habits and choices.
