Orange You Glad (it's the last smoothie)

Today is a perfect warm day for the Orange You Glad (This Is The Last Smoothie) which is numero 100, or the last of the smoothies in my new book Slim Down with Smoothies. This bright blend combines a trio of orange fruits and veggies which means it is full of vitamin C, potassium and the almighty beta-carotene (BC).  BC is found in orange produce and converts to vitamin A in the body, making it important for eye and skin health.  Both you and eye will love this one!

  • Blender


  • 1 cup pure canned pumpkin or cooked sweet potato
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 cup Siggi's whole-milk vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon


  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Add more liquid as needed. Serve immediately,
