The Bomb Pop Smoothie
No fireworks this year? That’s ok! You can still get your red, white and blue on with the Bomb Pop smoothie from my book Slim Down with Smoothies! But forget those sugar popsicle versions and instead, blend up a fiber and protein-rich smoothie with frozen berries, Greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and chia seeds.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
