Dear Trader Joe’s,
I miss you but it’s a good thing I stocked up well before quarantine with enough nut butters and chocolate to last me for months. I remember other customers looking at me both because of the abundance of nuts in my cart and also because they thought I was nuts. I am on my last 2 jars (crunchy raw almond and organic peanut) so it’s time to go back which is why I was inspired to create an updated FREE shopping list of all my healthy picks just for you!

I love TJ’s because it helps busy mamas like me. With just a few staple items in my house at all times, it allows me to create quick and easy meals in a snap. The cut and washed produce and other “shortcuts” as I like to call them (frozen fruits and veggies, 3-minute brown rice, salad kits, individual nut packs, etc.) are a lifesaver. Believe me, I don’t like prepping either! The little dark chocolate wedges in the tin by the registers are the nighttime-sweet-shut-it-down-for-the-day tool in our healthy toolboxes. They are everything!

Plus, my bill is always significantly lower at the end of each shop because the prices are always right. I swear no matter how much I buy, I’m shocked at how reasonable everything is. Anyway I could go on and on…
And just remember as with any grocery store, 99% of the items on the shelves are NOT healthy choices so I have done the homework for you and narrowed it down to my favorites.
