So Fresh and So Green Green Smoothie

This is a bright green smoothie with spinach and mint.

This smoothie is exactly what it sounds like…so fresh, so green, and ridiculously refreshing. Packed with juicy pineapple, creamy banana, hydrating coconut water, spinach, fresh mint, and yogurt, it’s an easy throw-together smoothie that tastes tropical while sneaking in a whole bunch of nutrition.

The coconut water and fruit provide natural electrolytes, making this smoothie perfect after a workout, on hot summer days, or anytime you need a quick energy boost that actually feels good. The spinach blends right in, the mint makes it extra fresh, and the yogurt adds creaminess plus satisfying protein to help keep you full.

Basically, it’s the kind of green smoothie that makes you feel like you have your life together… even if you’re drinking it while standing in your kitchen hiding from your teenagers.
