Seedy or Legit? What’s all the hype about seeds?

Let’s talk seeds in another unprofessional video in my house.  It’s a miracle I made it through this without noise from the dog barking, my son asking Siri to download another game, or the dude cutting the lawn outside.

Incorporating #seeds into your diet is not just another nutrition myth.  Seeds are the bomb 💣!  My top 3 picks are chia, hemp and flax so watch as I show you what’s up and why they’re such an excellent addition to your baked goods, smoothies, peanut butter toast, oatmeal, yogurt or any other concoction you can sprinkle them into.

Cha cha #chia seeds are a great source of fiber, heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids and protein.  They expand when you eat them so they keep you full.  #Flax seeds should be eaten ground for best absorption and contain tons of lignans which are powerful antioxidants.  #Hemp seeds bring a nutty taste to your meals and contain 10 grams of protein in only 3 tablespoons!  All of these seeds provide plant-based protein, fiber, and healthy fats so add them wherever you can!
