You heard it here first. Order a forkin’ or should I say chop-stickin’ spicy tuna roll with rice tonight and enjoy. Let’s stop villainizing foods like rice and potatoes and pasta and bread and fruit and desserts and should I go on?

Because maybe if you order your sushi with some rice this time you won’t head straight home to the pantry and eat all of your kid’s graham cracker snack packs, Newman’s Oreos and mini ice cream cones. You’ll feel happy and satisfied and empowered.
