The Bomb Pop Smoothie
No fireworks this year? I know it’s kind of sad. But that’s ok! You can still get your red, white and blue on with the Bomb Pop smoothie from my new book Slim Down with Smoothies! But forget those sugary Bomb Pop/Firecracker popsicle versions and instead, blend up a fiber and protein-rich smoothie with frozen berries, Greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and chia seeds. The Bomb Pop Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Add more liquid as needed. Serve immediately.
