If I had to pick one food that almost everyone has in their fridge even when there’s nothing else and just happens to be one of the most versatile, economical, nutrient-dense, satisfying and delicious, well yup you guessed it, it’s that incredible egg.

If you still think that eggs are raising your cholesterol, please take a look at your overall diet and lifestyle because I promise, it’s not the eggs or one food in particular that can have a direct affect on your health.

I’d much rather you scramble up a couple of eggs, throw a big handful of greens, and a quality carb like a @sietefoods chickpea wrap (or quesa-dilla in this case 🙂). on a plate than run to the drive-thru and get a burger and fries again. We love to blame particular foods instead of taking a step back and examining our overall picture. Cherry-picking pieces of research and reading headlines in the news is a big reason we do this (not your fault)!
